My very first Blog Post!

I'm a little nervous writing my very first blog post. I really have no clue what I am doing. I stumbled on blogging a few months ago, and have come pretty obsessed with it all. So I thought I would try my hand at it.

An introduction of sorts. I am 29 years old, married to my DH since September'07, and we are anxiously expecting our first child in July :)
We have what some may call a mini zoo in our house that includes two cats (Noah & Sonya), and two dogs (Jackson & Franklin). I'm originally from Phoenix, AZ - my husband is from the Michigan...and we currently live Ohio. I know, how did in desert rat find her way to the snow? I ask myself that alot on these type of bitter cold days. DH and I are also type 1 diabetics. Although it is not something we like to always share with the world, it is something that we live with everyday-trying to make good choices each day and do our best to stay in control of our health.

I look forward to keeping long distance family and friends up to date with what is keeping us busy in OHIO, and also looking forward to meeting new blogging community friends
